Mobile Maintenance Specialist
- Performing job duties at customer's location.
- Repair and maintenance of customers' vehicles, including D.O.T inspections, lube and oil changes, minor adjustments and minor repairs on tractors, trailers and trucks.
- Maintaining the Mobile Department vehicles being repaired and completes appropriate inspection forms.
- Managing parts and tool inventory on the mobile truck.
- Recording necessary information on vehicles being repaired and completes appropriate inspection forms.
- When mobile maintenance work is not available, performs assigned duties in the main shop.
- Diagnosing mechanical problems and performing repairs.
- Understanding of basic computer skills to operate diagnostic electronic tools.
- Heavy lifting (50 lbs.)
M&K is looking for a dedicated Mobile Technician, someone who can work independently and doesn't mind getting into roadside situations. This is a very customer focused position.
Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide quality diagnoses and repair on vehicles and trailers out of our Mobile Truck on customer’s lots, with safety as the number one goal. As Mobile Diesel Technician the most common service calls include scheduled services and repairs; break down response, DOT inspections, electrical diagnostic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance services.

Experience
We're seeking Techs who have graduated from technical school, or who developed their skills thru hands-on experience. At least 18 months of experience required. Must own at least a basic set of tools. A CDL is a plus.
This is a full-time position. We are seeking someone with the ability to be on rotation for after-hours service calls, including weekends.
