Parts Counter Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative. The position is responsible for assisting the customers by locating the correct part for their truck. This is a 2nd shift role, working 2:30 PM - 11 PM.

JOB DUTIES:

• Refers to electronic parts catalogues and parts manuals to identify the correct truck parts for specific make, model and year of truck.

• Locates items from the warehouse and issues the parts and accessories to mechanics and to customers at the parts counter.

• Detects availability of the parts if the dealer is out of stock. 

• Uses ADP Dealer Management system and various OEM inventory catalogue programs. 

• Other duties as assigned.

   

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.

• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check. 

• Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment required. 

• Experience working with electronic parts catalogues required.

• Required to spend long hours standing or sitting and may be required to lift or move up to 100lbs. 

• Knowledge and experience with truck parts preferred.

• Experience using ADP preferred. 

EDUCATION:

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
