M&K Truck Centers offers FREE local parts delivery – Save time and money by letting us deliver directly to your door! Same-day delivery is available for in-stock parts for orders placed by 11:30 am from most locations. Text us your parts order or call the parts department of your nearest location for full details.
MK TEXT CONNECT
M&K offers SMS messaging for parts orders and inquiries via MK Text Connect. Simply send a text to your preferred location at their designated number with any inquiries you may have. Your message will be received by a Parts Counter Specialist and they will respond to you within 30 minutes during business hours. Should you place an order with us, you will be notified via text when your parts are ready for pick up or delivery.
24/7 ONLINE ACCESS
SELECT is a web-based program designed to allow your fleet location direct access for commercial trucks to check dealer inventory availability, verify pricing, and place orders. All M&K Truck Centers’ information is “real-time” so you receive the most current, up-to-date inventory availability and pricing.
Since SELECT is an on-line system, you have access to M&K Truck Centers regardless of whether or not we are open. Select allows you to look up parts and place orders during a time that is convenient for you. Also, by ordering online you reduce your on-hold waiting time or the inconvenience of trying to find a fax machine. SELECT puts you in control!
With SELECT, you can simplify how you place your orders by creating saved lists of frequently ordered parts. Simply select a previously created list, verify quantities, and submit the order. M&K’s inventory and pricing is verified real-time and your order is processed. Also, by using SELECT you can view a complete order history for all orders placed with us. This includes orders place on-line, over the phone, or in person.

PARTS RETURN POLICY
All returned goods are subject to a 20% handling, re-stocking charge and must be in original package. Electrical items & special order parts are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued without inspection of items after 30 days or without an invoice. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days or without an invoice. All parts sold are new unless specified otherwise.
