About Us
M & K Truck Centers is a full-service, award-winning commercial vehicle dealer group that is headquartered in Byron Center, MI and has been in business for over 30 years. The company got its start when Ron Meyering, a successful salesperson, bought the used truck inventory of a leasing company to incorporate M & K Quality Truck Sales in 1989.
The business grew steadily over the next decade. In 2002, Ron acquired two Volvo Truck dealerships in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, allowing him to enter the high-quality new truck market. A year later, Mack Trucks was added to the M&K family at our Kalamazoo location. M&K Truck Centers has continued to grow and thrive in the Midwest.
We are proud to represent Mack, Volvo, Hino and Isuzu trucks; Wabash, East and Vanguard trailers; and Renegade motor coaches. Our organization’s comprehensive service offerings include financing, leasing and rental services as a member of NationaLease, service and repair on all makes and models, and one of the industry’s largest parts inventories. M&K employs over 1,000 talented people across Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

INCORPORATION
M&K Quality Truck Sales opened its doors as a used truck dealership.
1989
NEW VOLVO TRUCKS
The Volvo brand was added in Grand Rapids, MI & Kalamazoo, MI.
2002
NEW MACK TRUCKS
The Mack brand was added to the Kalamazoo location.
2003
NEW MACK TRUCKS
The Mack brand was added to the Grand Rapids location.
2006
HINO ACQUISITION – INDIANAPOLIS
A Hino trucks dealership was acquired in Indianapolis, IN.
2010
MACK TRUCKS – INDIANAPOLIS
The Mack brand was added to the Indianapolis location.

BODY SHOP RELOCATION
M&K relocated its Body Shop services into a new location in Wyoming, MI.
2012
CHICAGO DEALERSHIPS ACQUISITION
Three dealerships were acquired in Chicago, IL: Chicago Mack, Chicago Truck, and Mack of Joliet.

SERVICE AREA EXPANSION
The service area was expanded for Byron Center, MI location.

RELOCATION
The Holland facility was relocated to 4214 Blue Star Hwy.

NEW FACILITY – KALAMAZOO
A brand new facility was built for Kalamazoo at 2593 Azo Ct.

M&K opened a new facility in Des Plaines, IL.

TRAILER CENTER ACQUISITION
L & V Trailer Sales was acquired to create M&K Trailer Centers.

M&K SPORT COACH
M&K Sport Coach brand was added to sell luxury RVs and Motor Coaches in Indianapolis, IN.

EXPANSION – FRANKFORT
A new facility was opened in Frankfort, IN.
2016
ACQUISITION – STERLING HEIGHTS
Wiegand Mack Sales & Service was acquired in Sterling Heights, MI to become the first M&K dealership in the Detroit area.

EXPANSION – ROMULUS
M&K expanded its Detroit service area by opening a Volvo Trucks location in Romulus, MI.
2017
ACQUISITION – PITTSBURGH & SCRANTON
Two Wabash National Trailer Centers were acquired in Pittsburgh, PA and Scranton, PA.
2018
ACQUISITION – FLINT & SAGINAW
M&K acquired two Volvo, Benson and Transcraft dealerships in Flint, MI and Saginaw, MI.

ACQUISITION – CHICAGO & N. INDIANA
Three Pozzo Truck Centers Dealerships were acquired: South Chicago Heights (Mack), Gary (Mack & Volvo), and South Bend (Mack & Volvo).

BRAND NEW FACILITY – ROMULUS
M&K built a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Romulus, MI.
2019
ACQUISITION – PENNSYLVANIA & WEST VIRGINIA
Nine Mack, Volvo and Isuzu dealerships were acquired from Legacy Truck Centers in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
